The operation of this faculty’s Dean's Office will be as follows during the state of emergency:
- Office hours are cancelled
- All Dean’s staff (Dean and Vice-Deans) will handle all matters electronically via UCT Prague email.
- If necessary, you can call the Dean of the faculty: Prof. Ing. Jan Masák, CSc. +420606201570 (9 a.m. to 4 p.m.).
- A personal meeting must be agreed to in advance by email or phone.

DEPARTMENT OF INTERNATIONAL RELATIONS
Opening hours of the Foreign Office are cancelled. Urgent personal meetings and handover of documents for administrative matters: Mondays and Wednesdays 9 a.m. - 12 p.m., always and only by prior phone appointment: +420 220 44 4456.

DEPARTMENT OF COMMUNICATION
Basic operation of the department is ensured every working day from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., but visits are possible only upon prior phone/email agreement.

TECHNOLOGY TRANSFER OFFICE

RECTOR´S OFFICE
The operation of the Rector´s Office will be as follows during the state of emergency:
- The office hours for Rector´s Office for receiving and issuing written documents will be Monday - Friday from 9 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. and 2 p.m. to 3. p.m (if necessary by telephone or e-mail agreement).
- A personal meeting must be agreed to in advance by email or phone.
COMPUTER CENTER
- The copy center is closed - so far until and of this week.
- The university card center is restricted on one hour in two days a week. The center will be open on 19. 3., 23. 3., 26. 3., 31. 3., 1. 4. at 12:30 - 13:30.
- Helpdesk is still available (8-16).
COUNSELLING AND CAREER CENTRE
The staff is available daily on e-mails and phone lines - contacts.
There are emergency office hours every Wednesday from 10 AM to 4 PM, when someone is physically in the office.
