In this laboratory course, a group of students realizes (solves) a complex project focused on food quality. For example, they can check quality of meat products in supermarkets - with respect to valid European legal regulations.


1. Introduction to the laboratory course: work safety, project specification etc.
2. Selection of suitable way for solution of the project.
3. - 10. Realization (solution) of the project - laboratory work.
11. Termination of the practical part of the laboratory course - cleaning of the student laboratory etc.
12. Calculations and evaluation of the obtained results.
13. Elaboration of the report.
14. Presentation of the obtained results.

- Other literature (according to the concrete project) will be recommended by the teacher.
