Student Discounts
As a student in the Czech Republic, you are eligible for various discounts. However, some of these discounts are only available to students under the age of 26. If you are older, it is advisable to check whether a particular discount still applies to you before using it.
Usually, you need an ISIC (International Student Identity Card) to use student discounts. You can obtain your ISIC (International Student Identity Card) at the university. The fee for issuing a new card is 300 CZK. Detailed information about how to apply for an ISIC card is available on the website of the Computer Center.
You can also use your ISIC card in digital form by downloading the Alive App and activating your digital card. In addition to the digital ISIC, the app allows you to access your ISIC travel insurance and view available discounts and special offers.
For more information about the app, please visit the official ISIC website.
